I ordered my usual size, but it was way too tight, so I went through the hassle of exchanging it for the next size up. Somehow that one was huge around the waist but still too short in the sleeves, which makes no sense.

it feels like their sizing chart doesn’t line up with the actual clothes at all. It’s frustrating to pay for shipping and still not end up with something that fits normally, and I really think an apology would be fair here.
